You will hear on Sales Guidance, value proposition, competitive differentiation, what to demo/POC, example customer success and example customer wins with focus on the ITOM suites: Hybrid Cloud Management (including Platespin), Data Centre Automation, Network Operations Management and ITOM Platform.

We will also explore the License Models available to Partners (Perpetual, Term and MSP) as well as the support available for partners including Partner Portal, Enablement, Customer Success references and Marketing Events
